PROMO MECHANICS

  1. A customer is entitled to one (1) raffle stub for every P1,000.00 single or accumulated purchase of Premier or Diesel or two (2) raffle stubs for every P1, 000.00 single or accumulated purchase of TOTAL Excellium gasoline/diesel for a chance to win one (1) of two (2) 2018 Suzuki Vitara 1.6 GL or one (1) of the six (6) 2018 Suzuki Raider R150 Fi, or one (1) of the seven hundred eighty twoP1, 000.00 TOTAL Fuel GCs. For Total App users, present App to the Forecourt Service Crew to get one (1) additional raffle stub.
  2. Customer has to be 18 years old and above to qualify. Present driver’s license as proof to validate age of the customer.
  3. To avail of the raffle coupon, customer must present a proof of purchase/receipt to the cashier where the fuel purchase was made.
  4. Customer may get the raffle coupon more than once, provided that the transaction meets the required purchase amount during the promo period.

  6. For the raffle promo, customers may win one of the following prizes:
    1. Minor prize : One (1) winner of P1,000 fuel GC per station every month (for 2 months)
    2. Grand Raffle
      One (1) of two (2) units of 2018 Suzuki Vitara 1.6 GL
      One (1) winner for each cluster x six (6) clusters of a 2018 Suzuki Raider R150 Fi Northwest Luzon, Northeast Luzon, South Luzon, South Islands, South Visayas, Metro Manila.
  7. Customers must fill out raffle stub with complete name, address, telephone or cellphone number, e-mail address and affix signature and drop in designated drop boxes at participating Total stations.

    Note: Winning and non-winning entries in the Minor Prize Raffle Draw on October 12, 2018 are still qualified for the Grand Raffle Draw on November 14, 2018.

  9. Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone call for instructions on how to claim their prizes. Winners must present their raffle claim stub, valid ID (driver’s license, company ID, Passport, or any government issued ID) and the registered notice. For the grand raffle draw, a participant can only win once. If his name is drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize with higher value.
  10. In case the raffle stub is lost, customer must submit a notarized affidavit of loss. Failure to provide a notarized affidavit of loss would mean that the prize will be forfeited upon approval of DTI-FTEB.
  11. Determination of winners will be held at Total (Philippines) Corporation, 7th Floor, 11th Corporate Center, corner Triangle Drive, North Bonifacio, Bonifacio Global City, 1634, Taguig City. Grand Draw date will be on November 14, 2018 at 11am onwards. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the proceedings for the first raffle draw and grand draw.
  12. Winners will be announced via Total official Facebook page – www.facebook.com/totalinthephilippines
  13. Total (Philippines) Corporation will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10, 000.
  14. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. Redemption of prizes will be at Total (Philippines) Corporation, 7th Floor, 11th Corporate Center, corner Triangle Drive, North Bonifacio, Bonifacio Global City, 1634, Taguig City. For provincial winners, claiming of prizes will be at the TOTAL station nearest them.
  15. Total (Philippines) Corporation will contact winners who do not live within Metro Manila to schedule when they can claim their prize.
  16. Car and Motorcycle prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
  17. Prizes shall be redeemed within 60 days from receipt of notification or it will be forfeited upon approval of DTI-FTEB.
  18. Employees of Total (Philippines) Corporation, its suppliers and participating stations including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
  19. PO/Local Account and Bulk Purchases of the participating service stations are excluded from joining the promo.
  20. Sealed drop boxes shall be sent by stations one day after the deadline for dropping of entries and be brought to the head office of TOTAL (Philippines) Corporation located at 11th Corporate Center, corner Triangle Drive, North Bonifacio, Bonifacio Global City, 1634, Taguig City for safe keeping under the custody of the marketing department. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the opening of drop boxes and the drawing of winners.
